General Directives

As discipline is an integral part of learning process, parents are requested to kindly study all the rules of the school, abide by them faithfully and also have them observed by their children. We insist on punctuality, regularity, cleanliness in dress, fidelity to study. English is the language of instruction and conversation in the school except in language classes and certain work assignments.

Genuine respect and love toward teachers are important values in our Indian tradition of teacher student relationship

Parents are requested to sign Principal's or Teacher's remarks in the handbook. They should follow the progress of the child

Parents are not allowed to walk into classrooms or staff rooms or meet teachers during class hours. They can contact the teachers only after school hours (4.00 PM - 4.45 PM). They can meet the Principal everyday between (3.30 PM to 5.00 PM)

Parents should willingly cooperate with the school authorities by permitting the children to participate in the school functions and programmes

Any communication (request, complaint) made by parents should be addressed to the Principal and not to the class teacher and all the correspondence from the school to the parents must go through the Principal

Criticism of the teacher or the school in the presence of the students is the best avoided. Anonymous letters are not appreciated

No leave of absence is granted except on written application from the parents / guardian and that only for valid reasons. This must be explained in the Non Attendance and Leave record slip and signed by the parent or guardian.
